Earth-imaging and mapping satellite CARTOSAT-3 along with 13 other nano-satellites from the US is set to be launched at 9:28 am on Wednesday. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Tuesday had said that the countdown for the satellite launch has begun.
