Air quality in Delhi 'severe' as toxic haze covers sky

The air quality in Delhi-NCR turned 'severe' on Friday as the stubble burning by farmers in neighbouring states continues. According to SAFAR (System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research) India, the Air Quality Index (AQI) docked at 412 in Delhi which falls in the "severe" category.
