Shashi Tharoor sends legal notice to Ravi Shankar Prasad for calling him ‘accused’ in murder case

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Wednesday slapped a legal notice against Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, for calling him an ‘accused’ in a murder case. Tharoor also sought an "unconditional apology" from the Union minister within 48 hours, failing which he would take legal action.
