Rafale deal: No need to make noise if Dassault did not find HAL useful, says VK Singh

Amid the heated controversy over the nearly Rs 58,000 crore Rafale jet deal, Minister of State for External Affairs General VK Singh on Saturday defended the government over the agreement, saying that it is not the government but the company that makes the equipment which decides the partner to fulfill the offset obligations in the inter-governmental agreements.
